This is an experience to remember: immerse yourself in the fascinating world of gin and enjoy a special weekend in the heart of Entlebuch.

Barb Grossenbacher, founder of Edelwhite Gin, will share her passion for gin with you – personally, authentically and with plenty of Entlebuch spirit.

During the gin workshop, Barb will take you into her world with enthusiasm, expert knowledge and a genuine passion for the craft. Using more than 25 botanicals, fresh spring water and wood from Entlebuch, you’ll distil your very own gin – creative, personal and in a relaxed atmosphere.

After the workshop, the experience continues back at Landgasthof Drei Könige Entlebuch, where a three-course dinner awaits you – regional, seasonal and Brutal lokal. And of course, in keeping with the theme, a touch of gin won’t be missing. Afterwards, you can unwind and spend the night in one of our cosy hotel rooms. The next morning, a generous regional breakfast will set you up for the day before you head home.

Programme:

2.00 pm – Individual arrival & check-in at Landgasthof Drei Könige Entlebuch
3.00 pm – Transfer to Ebnet for the Edelwhite Gin workshop
approx. 6.30 pm – Return to Landgasthof Drei Könige
followed by a three-course dinner & relaxed evening
the following morning – Regional breakfast & individual departure
